FRiENDi holds a Network Services Provider (NSP) Individual License dated 8 February 2012 from the Malaysia Communications and Multimedia Commission in Malaysia (MCMC) as well as an Application Service Provider (ASP) Class License to operate and provide services as a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in Malaysia.

YM Raja Dato' Idris Raja Kamarudin
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor, Bhd.
YM Raja Dato' Idris Raja Kamarudin, a British citizen, holds the position of Executive Consultant at the Chief Minister Office (Menteri Besar Incorporated or MBI) in the State of Selangor, Malaysia. He advises the Honourable Chief Minister on Corporate Strategies and Policies.

Raja Dato' Idris currently sits on the board of Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad -(KDEB) the investment holding company of the State of Selangor.

He also serves as Chairman in the following State owned companies:
  • Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad - a public listed subsidiary of KDEB, involved in a diverse range of investments.
  • Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad (KHSB)- a public listed subsidiary of KDEB, involved in property development.
  • Central Spectrum Sdn Bhd - a subsidiary of KHSB, involved in the development of industrial properties and the Selangor Halal Hub on an island to the west of Selangor, which also houses the West Port of Malaysia.
Raja Dato' Idris is a member of the Institute of Financial Services (formerly the Chartered Institute of Bankers), UK and a member of the British Computer Society (formerly the Institute for the Management of Information Systems) of the UK. Raja Dato' Idris is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute of the UK.

Hisham Mohamed Ali Al Alawi
Investment Manager
Investment Manager in Al Farqad Development & Investment LLC a family owned Real estate & investment company; Has Masters degree in Marketing Practice (MA) and Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (BABA) both from UK. Joined Oman Oil Company SAOC (Capital USD 2.8b) the government energy investment arm in January 2003 as the first Marketing Analyst of the company.

There, with the acquisition of BP Oman, he took the leading role in coordinating and handling the changes in the organization from BP Oman SAOG to the new identity of “omanoil” and later took the position of Corporate Affairs Manager once Oman Oil Marketing Company SAOG was created (Capital USD $16.75m & turnover of over USD $100m).

Further, Hisham is also the Deputy Chairman of National Securities SAOG, Board member of National Gas Co. SAOG, Founder & Board Member of Connect Arabia LLC (FRiENDi Mobile) the third mobile service provider in Oman and Board Member of CERES Telecom SDN. BHD. Malaysia.

Key Account / Corporate Manager
Job description
  • You will be responsible for building and managing efficient Dealers portfolio prefer in Northern, Centre and Southern Malaysia.
  • You will be overall responsible for all follow up and training activities of the company including product availability, promotions, commissioning.
Responsibility
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets by selling and promoting Friendi Mobile products
  • The candidate will the stakeholder of all Key Accounts / Corporate Accounts under his portfolio
  • Develop depth understanding, review and propose improvement to management on all agreements with Key Account / Corporate partners
  • Develop new corporate accounts/ existing accounts
  • Stimulate new customer requirements by promoting and introducing Friendi Mobile solutions and services
  • Actively collecting customer requirements, organization of workshops and leading cross functional teams to success
  • Working with partners and ensure proper and smooth engagement
  • Driving projects in close cooperation with solution responsible and internal support functions
  • Being responsible for customer relationship management, lead continuous strategic account planning and collecting market intelligence data
  • To attend to their concerns, feedback and propose to the management a viable action plans
Requirements
  • Degree holder with relevant 5-8 years experience as Key Account / Corporate Manager in the telecommunication industry are encourage to apply.
  • Able to interact well with all levels with excellent communication skills
  • Matured individual, ability to interact with all levels and inter-department
Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive –
Northern, Centre and Southern Malaysia
Job description
  • You will be responsible for building and managing efficient Dealers portfolio prefer in Northern, Centre and Southern Malaysia.
  • You will be overall responsible for all follow up and training activities of the company including product availability, promotions, commissioning.
Responsibility
  • Responsible for managing, provide training and visiting Dealers in a given geographical area on daily basis on Stock Intake, New Products, Services and Procedures.
  • Actively formulate strategies, implement, manage and develop the overall Dealer network by achieving the Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Acquisition & Revenue Targets given
  • Understand Prepaid market competition and trends and gives feedback on expectations from the field by suggesting a process of improvements
  • Monitor market competition distribution & dealer strategy and approach constantly
  • Participates in populating the Dealers database
  • Promotes sales through promotional activities and events
  • Assists and motivates Dealers and develops a long lasting relationship
  • Check merchandising presence and implement more if needed
Requirements
  • 4-5 years’ experience in Sales development or any related field
  • Knowledge of telecom sector or FMCG an advantage
